Quick And Easy Shortbread


12 oz Plain flour
8 oz Butter or margarine
4 oz Caster sugar

Mix together all the ingredients in a machine using a pastry blade. Roll out to about 1/4-inch thick and cut large round biscuits with pastry cutters.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 325 degrees F
